CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY
Deposits are required in order to book and hold your appointment.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE when appointments are cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment time. 24 HOUR NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN IN ORDER TO RESCHEDULE OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.
*There is a 15 minute max wait period wait before your reservation is withdrawn.
Your DEPOSIT will be used towards your lash service. Remainder balance due at appointment.
After 2 consecutive cancellations/reschedules/ no-show, you may be subject to loss of online booking / booking privileges.
